Show Me Your Titos
Richardson hats are best cleaned by hand wash and spot treatment. You can use warm water and a light detergent or OxiClean as recommended by the manufacturer to clean Richardson hats. It is not recommended to put hats in the washer or dryer as this may ruin the fabric and material of the hat and possibly affect the shape of the cap.
The material of Richardson hats varies and could be cotton, polyester, acrylic, or a combination.
- Custom designed hats are not eligible for refunds.
- Returns other than our error will have a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund. When we receive the hat and Return Slip, we will process your refund usually in 14 days or less.
- If the hat has any kind of tag on it, removal of the tag will void the return. Do not remove tags.
- We cannot accept hats that are worn or damaged. Please return hats within 20 days.
- Bulk orders are not returnable. (Bulk orders are 3 or more items of the same style.)
- Pack the hat carefully and insure the box. We are not responsible for hats damaged in shipping.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. No returns on Special Orders.
- Make sure the box you are returning the hat in is in good condition. If the box was damaged in shipping, please use a new box.
- In cases of in-house error, shipping charge reimbursements will be made for ground rates and will never exceed $40. The reimbursement will occur when the merchandise is received back in new and unworn condition.
